André Malcolm is a Partner at TMW Law and is widely recognized for his work in complex real estate, banking and finance, and corporate transactions in the Turks and Caicos Islands. His practice spans the full lifecycle of high-value property developments and secured lending structures, and he regularly advises developers, private investors, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals on both local and cross-border matters.

He has extensive experience acting on the acquisition, financing, subdivision, development, and disposal of luxury resort and residential projects, including villa developments, condominium regimes, and mixed-use schemes. André is frequently engaged to structure and document sophisticated financing arrangements, including secured lending, debentures, share pledges, and inter-creditor positions, and to coordinate multi-party transactions involving local and international stakeholders.

In addition to transactional work, he advises on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, governance, and land registry matters, and is known for his detailed, solutions-driven approach to due diligence, title issues, boundary and subdivision matters, and the resolution of complex closing requirements.

André represents a broad client base that includes developers, private lenders, commercial banks, statutory bodies, and international purchasers, and he is valued for his responsiveness, commercial awareness, and deep understanding of the Turks and Caicos Islands’ real estate and financing landscape. He is regularly entrusted with high-value transactions where coordinated execution and risk management are critical.

Erica Krygsman

Erica Krygsman spent the first 18 years of their legal career practicing in the areas of corporate law, real estate and land development, and estate planning at several law firms in the City of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Their clientele primarily consisted of entrepreneurs, and the work frequently involved cross-border transactions, structures, and planning due to Windsor’s proximity to Detroit, Michigan.
